1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using LonaWeb's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

LonaWeb provides custom software development services, including but not limited to:

• AI product development
• Web application development
• System integrations
• Technical consulting

3. Engagement Terms

Specific project terms, scope, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in individual contracts or statements of work. These Terms of Service apply to all engagements unless explicitly superseded by a signed agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• The client owns all deliverables created specifically for their project
• LonaWeb retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• LonaWeb may showcase completed work in its portfolio with client permission

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and projects. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

LonaWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Warranties

We strive to deliver high-quality work but provide services "as is" without warranties unless explicitly stated in a project agreement. We warrant that work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the project agreement. Generally, reasonable notice and compensation for work completed to date apply.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
